This role leads the Tax Center of Excellence, delivering high-quality personal tax services while hands-on contributing to tax work and client deliverables. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tax preparation, strong leadership, and knowledge of CRA processes. Versatile work arrangements across Canada are supported to meet client needs.
