Job Responsibilities

Barista Responsibilities

- Master various tea-making processes
- Ensure the taste and quality of beverages meet company standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of tea-making equipment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and consistency in production




- Prepare and handle tea ingredients
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and support with daily cleaning schedule
- Assist baristas in the preparation of beverages
- Greet customers, handle orders, and answer inquiries
- Maintain a positive service attitude and professional appearance
- Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate accounting
- Assist the store manager with other daily store operations

Job Requirements

Barista Requirements

- Prior experience in tea making preferred
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
