Weare seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong AI/ML engineering focus to join our growing AI team. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-driven applications — from intelligent agentsto RAG integrations into productivity SaaS tooptimizedheadless services andDataBases.

Working closely with machine learning engineers, cloud engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, you will bring AISaaSfrom prototype to production, ensuring our applications are robust, performant, and secure. This role requires strong programming skills in Python (FastAPI), hands-on experience with AI/LLMresponse API, MCP tool calling, and practical knowledge of working with large language models. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities mayshift, andbe willing to own problems end-to-end.

andDevOpsengineers Build andoptimizeRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent document retrieval and conversational AI Integrate and orchestrate large language models (Claude, OpenAI GPT) into production systems, including prompt engineering, model selection, and output evaluation Develop scalable, well-documented RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end communication Collaborating with UX/UI designers in Figma Ensuring the securityand performance of the application’s server-side logic Developing APIs for seamless front-end–back-end communication Monitoring application performanceand usage Monitoring application performance and usage Used to work in an Agile environment Strong programming skills in Python JS (preferred) or React Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB) AWS and Azure) Familiarity with Machine Learning model training and inference, especially LLMs Familiarity with Machine Learning model training and inference, especially LLMs Excited to do hands-on technical work but equally excited to lead technical teams to peak performance Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help your colleagues, and a desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed Bachelor's degree or more in Computer science or related field.
