Job Summary

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations. You'll help customers find products, process transactions, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support merchandising and promotional displays
- Handle basic customer service issues and escalate as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Meet individual and team sales goals

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred




- 0-1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends
