Job Summary

We are hiring a Telemarketing Representative to conduct outbound calls promoting products or services to prospective customers. You'll generate interest, qualify leads, and support sales efforts through effective phone communication.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present product or service information clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments
- Record call outcomes and update contact records
- Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle objections professionally and follow scripts as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional phone manner

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of telemarketing, sales,



or customer service experience preferred
- Robust verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work
- Resilient and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills for call tracking systems
