The Coordinator role, reporting to the Director of CPA Assist, requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, event planning, and communication.
You will coordinate wellness initiatives, host events, and conduct research, all while promoting mental health understanding among members. This role offers hybrid work opportunities in Edmonton or Calgary, with a focus on community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-person and virtual wellness events
- Research and coordinate with speakers and presenters
- Analyze event success and report results
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and content
- Respond to inquiries from members and stakeholders Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in program coordination
- Degree or diploma in relevant field is preferred
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
