As part of the New Balance Retail Leadership Team, full time Retail Team Leads assist with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results, operational duties and delivering a world class experience for our guests. Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates Be results driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associates May assist store manager in creating the schedule and taking the lead in floor moves Be operationally sound, opening/closing the store, inventory control,



operational procedures 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred ~ High school diploma or equivalent educational experience ~ Strong customer service and verbal communication skills ~ Willingness to work a versatile schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays ~ Flexible Work Schedule North American office-based associates are expected to come into the office on Wednesdays, with other occasional in-office days for in-person meetings and events as needed.
