The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a temporary part-time 6-month contract in Windsor. You will provide direct end-of-life care, assess patient needs, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain comfort and dignity for residents.

You will contribute to care planning, mentorship of new staff, and adherence to skilled standards while supporting a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
