About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to take on a pivotal role in the enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for its growth-stage SaaS business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, directly involved in building and stress-testing financial models, and translating the resulting data into strategic decisions.
This role demands a professional with over 10 years' of progressive finance experience, including FP&A; leadership, and a proven track record of being deeply engaged in financial modeling. Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business is essential,



with a solid understanding of key financial metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, cohort, and unit economics analysis.

The VP, FP&A; will also be expected to have exposure to financial transactions and a working knowledge of what it means to be "diligence-ready."

The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to move seamlessly between detailed financial work and high-level presentations. Executive presence, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively are key attributes.

While not mandatory, experience in M&A; diligence, post-acquisition integration, and a CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification are considered advantageous. The role is not for a passive reviewer but for a proactive builder, someone who is comfortable with the intricacies of financial models and is eager to play a central role in the company's next phase of growth.
