Licensed Life Insurance Advisor | Remote | Salary

Maple Bay Financial Corp. is looking for a licensed Life Insurance Advisor to join our growing remote team across Canada.

If you're an experienced insurance professional looking for stable income, warm leads, inbound opportunities, and the flexibility of working remotely, this could be a great fit.

This is a salaried position starting at $40,000-$50,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities . You'll work with individuals who have already expressed an interest in life insurance, allowing you to focus on having meaningful client conversations rather than cold calling or building your own prospect list.

About the Opportunity

As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you'll speak with prospective clients through inbound calls and warm leads, understand their insurance needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the application process.

You'll be supported by established processes, technology, marketing-generated leads, and a professional team environment.

This role is ideal for a licensed advisor who enjoys working with clients and wants the stability of a salary while continuing to build their insurance career.

Use CRM technology, digital quoting platforms, online applications, and streamlined workflows to manage client interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm life insurance leads

Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage

Provide quotes and guide clients through applications

Follow up with prospective clients

Maintain accurate CRM records

Provide professional client service

Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Valid life insurance license (excluding PEI and Quebec)

Life insurance or insurance sales experience Strong communication and telephone skills

Client-focused and qualified

Comfortable with inbound sales and CRM technology

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Able to work independently in a remote environment

Leads Provided – We invest in marketing to generate life insurance prospects who have requested information, so you can focus on client conversations and sales.

Wellness Bonus – Eligible advisors can earn an additional monthly wellness bonus based on established performance and compliance criteria.
