- Participate in tenant intakes and assessments
- Develop service plans and crisis intervention strategies
- Maintain statistical and evaluative data accurately
- Assist with volunteers and practicum students
- Comply with health and safety program requirements Requirements:
- Diploma in Community Social Service
- Minimum two years of recent related experience
- Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
- OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
