Seasonal- Part Time WAGE- $18.31 WHAT WILL I BE DOING? This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Monterra Tennis customers as well as operating the point-of-sale system.

- Cash handling and accountability for all monies.
- Greet customer and direct them to their court.
- Maintain good public relations and satisfied guests.
- Answer phones in a qualified manner and take messages.
- Always maintain a clean and presentable work area.
- Organize booking sheets for tennis courts, lessons and league sign up.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required




- Previous experience with cash handling required
- Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages
