Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Strategy, and Automation Framework development.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, and Robot Framework
- Hands-on experience with API Testing and automation frameworks
- Lead end-to-end testing initiatives and automation implementation
- Strong experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Develop scalable automation solutions and improve test coverage
- Optimize testing processes and help reduce release cycles
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, Azure, and AWS environments
- Drive quality governance across enterprise applications
- Mentor and guide high-performing QA/Automation teams
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 14+ years of QA/Test Automation experience
✔ Robust Test Automation Lead/Architect background
✔ Excellent hands-on automation framework expertise
✔ Strong CI/CD and cloud experience
✔ Must be available for F2F interview in Montreal
