Make a difference at CASA Mental Health as a Therapy Support Navigator in Sherwood Park, Alberta. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll work under the guidance of a Program Manager and Mental Health Therapist.
Your focus will be on case management and supporting the treatment and transition plans for adolescents at CASA House, a live-in program for teens. This position demands robust communication and organizational skills to facilitate family consultations, psychoeducational groups, and collaborations with school personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with families to identify their needs
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents for adolescent support
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups for families
- Coordinate connections with community resources
- Maintain liaison with school personnel for student progress Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum two years of experience in children’s mental health
- Knowledge of community resource navigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
