WESTERN CANADA LOTTERY CORPORATION in Winnipeg is seeking an OperationsSupport Analyst to deliver Tier II support for core systems and applications. You will serve as a central contact for vendors and internal users, recommending infrastructure initiatives and maintaining core services.

The role requires post-secondary computer-related education and experience in Tier 2 support, with bonus for ServiceNow, JIRA, Linux, Oracle, and SQL proficiency.
