Responsibilities

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire replacement and wheel alignment support
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and safety tips with a friendly attitude
- Lift heavy tires safely, adhering to proper techniques to prevent injury while managing inventory and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all times




- Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members about job status

Requirements

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Solid mechanical knowledge with familiarity in handling hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the shift
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and tire technology
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is advantageous
