BDO Canada is seeking a Manager for the Transaction Tax Services team. This role can be based out of any BDO Canada office and involves leading tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory engagements across Canada, with a focus on M&A; transactions and private equity.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with partners, and contribute to business development while delivering practical tax solutions. The position requires CPA designation or LLB, Master of Taxation or CPA In-depth Tax, and at least 5
