YW Calgary seeks a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to provide recovery-focused services to women in Transitional Housing. You will develop recovery service plans, deliver individual and group support, and connect clients to community services. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., with a solid emphasis on safety, advocacy, and collaboration. Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Social Work or Addiction Services, with 3+ years’ experience addressing
