You will supervise workers and ensure timely execution, coordinate schedules, train staff, and enforce health and safety regulations. Frequent travel to different work sites is required.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience and a high school graduation certificate. The company supports equal prospect employment and youth mentorship programs.
