We're hiring a Licensed Truck Technician for a well-established national transportation company backed by a major rail and logistics group — serious stability, without the cold corporate feel.

Responsibilities

- Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across engines, drivetrains, braking, and auxiliary systems on a diverse heavy-duty fleet
- Scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections to OEM standards
- Managing audit-ready work orders,



parts verification, and warranty documentation
- Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians

Qualifications

- CVIP licence in Manitoba (ability to sign commercial vehicle safeties — non-negotiable)
- Red Seal Transport Truck Technician certification or equivalent inter-provincial certification
- Valid Driver's Licence with Air Brake certification
- 3-7 years of in-shop heavy-duty truck maintenance experience preferred
- JPRO diagnostic software experience a bonus
