Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 55-59/Hr (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:

- Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance
- Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer , or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
- Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders and business users
- Knowledge of accessibility testing
- Ability to work with Ontario Design system
- Knowledge of digital service standard.
- Experience with Figma, Canvas and similar tools
- Experience facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products and optimizing a wide range of devices and interfaces
