BC Car Wraps is a Port Coquitlam vehicle graphics and fleet signage studio working in Avery, 3M and Arlon film. Precision installs, commercial branding, and a craftsmanship-first shop. We are hiring a senior Car Wrap & Detailing Specialist to own the install workflow end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Full vehicle vinyl wrap installation: cast and calendered films on complex curves, bumpers, mirrors, door handles and recesses.
- Fleet graphics and commercial branding installs for multi-vehicle programs.
- Colour-change wraps, chrome deletes, paint protection film (PPF) and window tinting.
- Client-facing consultations: scope review, material selection (3M, Avery, Arlon), timeline and quote input.
- Project management: sequencing jobs through the bay, coordinating prep and install stages.
- Production-level paint correction: multi-stage compounding and polishing, ceramic coating prep.
- Final quality inspection and sign-off on every vehicle before it goes back to the client.
- Train and mentor junior specialists on technique, safety and material handling.
- Manage material inventory, supplier relationships and waste.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




- Minimum 5 years professional vinyl wrap installation experience.
- A demonstrated full-vehicle wrap portfolio, commercial and/or colour change.
- Deep working knowledge of cast vinyl, adhesive technologies and heat-gun technique on complex geometry.
- Experience with 3M, Avery and/or Arlon product lines.
- Client communication: able to turn what a client wants into a scoped, quoted project.
- Comfortable mentoring and delegating, and willing to hold the quality line on behalf of the shop.
- Valid BC driver's licence; clean abstract preferred.
- IDA, 3M or equivalent certification is a robust asset.

THE JOB Full-time, in-shop, at 580 Seaborn Ave in Port Coquitlam. $27 to $35 an hour depending on experience.

Shortlisted installers do a paid trial panel, a real install on the clock, so both sides can see the fit before anyone commits.
