Join Silver Elephant Mining as the Vice President, Legal, overseeing critical legal operations in Vancouver with versatile work options. This key role involves compliance, regulatory affairs, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The VP Legal will work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters are handled effectively for Silver Elephant and its affiliates.

You will support various corporate functions, including disclosure materials, regulatory filings, and legal negotiations. Your expertise in mining law and experience in public companies will drive compliance and success across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory matters
- Liaise with TSX, IIROC, OSC / BCSC, SEC




- Collaborate on regulatory filings and SPA agreements
- Manage news release processes and review technical reports
- Provide timely legal support across departments Requirements:
- admitted to the bar in relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum 3 years legal experience in mining
- Expertise in contracts and compliance
- Proven strategic counsel in complex legal matters
