What You'll Do

- Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehousing, quality, and customer service.

- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall business performance.

- Establish and monitor KPIs, using data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.

- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors, building a high-performing and accountable operations team.

- Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and strategic partners.

- Oversee budgets, forecasts, reporting, and operational performance for the leadership team.

- Provide oversight of company facilities across North America and China, as well as third-party logistics providers.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to help the organization identify opportunities and protect the business.

- Oversee operational legal, compliance, risk management, and product liability matters.

What You'll Bring

- A strong business mindset with the financial acumen to understand costs, margins, budgets, and profitability.

- Proven experience using data and KPIs to make decisions and improve operational performance.

- A track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Deep operational knowledge across areas such as supply chain, logistics,

warehousing, inventory, and customer service.

- Experience working with Asian manufacturing partners/factories is a significant asset.

- Experience with contracts, vendor negotiations, compliance, and risk management.

Your Background

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within a distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.

- Strong experience managing budgets, costs, forecasts, and operational KPIs.

- Demonstrated success leading large teams and implementing meaningful operational improvements.

- Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.

- A natural leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and driving results.

Why This Chance?

This is a high-visibility leadership position with the opportunity to have a significant impact on the direction and growth of the organization.

For the right individual, this role offers more than just the opportunity to lead Operations — succession planning may ultimately position this individual to move into the President's role over time.

If you're an experienced operations leader in British Columbia who is ready to take on a broader mandate, build something meaningful, and play a key role in the company's future, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Lower Mainland, British Columbia
