As Vice

President, Internal Audit, you will report to the Board of Directors and CEO, establishing a risk-based audit plan that aligns with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the audit budget, ensuring sufficient skills to implement the plan, and providing independent assurance across the organization. This role is pivotal in improving governance and risk management while maintaining internal audit independence. Key Responsibilities:
