Rogers Communications is seeking an Area Manager for the Victoria, BC region. The role leads the Field Sales Team to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for home and wireless services. You’ll supervise reps, develop sales plans, and ensure effective coaching and cross-department collaboration. You’ll travel within the region, supervise door-to-door and in-home activities, and ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines while driving performance and growth.
