• Physician channels &
• PSP, act as a Business Unit (B.U.) Head, is responsible for the overall in-country performance of all Sandoz Canada in the Hospital &
• Physician channel which includes all Major Hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPO) major university hospitals, cancer care agencies, prescribing physicians and their associations and PSP providers in the country. • Physician strategic plan, annual commercial strategies (playbooks) and priorities. sales & marketing team. Manage the Patient Support Program Team, strategy and cost (PSP) for all biosimilar and complex generic products. Participate in the Sandoz Leadership Team to provide company leadership in terms of corporate culture, ethic and compliance, strategic plans, best practices, innovation, corporate governance, employee mentoring and overall employee and customer satisfaction. Lead, manage and inspire the employees and ensure the team is aligned on the company strategy, plan, and objectives. Baccalauréat en administration des affaires et/ou en sciences. Au moins 15 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique au Canada, dans des rôles commerciaux exécutifs. La maîtrise du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit est obligatoire. En vertu de la nature de nos opérations, une maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requise pour des communications régulières avec les clients, les partenaires et/ou les collègues, que ce soit au Canada ou à l'international. Maîtrise des processus de ventes & marketing, y compris le développement des affaires, la stratégie client et la négociation. Compréhension large et approfondie des tendances des médecins et des hôpitaux,
et des problèmes locaux associés au développement et à la gestion de produits génériques et biosimilaires. Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’équipes de haute performance. De solides relations avec des leaders d'opinion clés dans la communauté pertinente de la pharmacie et de la vente au détail sont souhaitables. Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or sciences. At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Canada, in commercial executive roles. Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally. • Biosimilar product development and management. Demonstrated track-record of managing high performance teams.
