Duties

- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling with efficiency and professionalism
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing explicit information and directing inquiries appropriately
- Assist veterinary staff with animal handling, feeding, cleaning, and basic care procedures
- Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and process documentation accurately
- Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection, preparation, and basic testing when needed
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and inviting for both pets and clients




- Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatments, follow-up care, and clinic policies

Requirements

- Robust passion for animals and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members
- Previous laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable handling animals of various sizes and temperaments with patience and care
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if required
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in veterinary care and client interaction
