Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities

- Perform accurate order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving activities by inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Utilize Shopify's native system to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process transactions
- Utilize 3rd party shipping software such as zonos and ShipStation to ensure on-time fulfillment and navigating cross border declaration procedures.
- Assist with inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock audits




- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

- Proven warehouse experience in receiving, picking, packing, and sorting inventory.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Shopify's native system or similar platforms
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
- Experience with load & unload operations using heavy equipment in a quick-paced setting
- Experience and knowledge in e-commerce is considered an asset.
- Passion for Anime and adjacent industries are welcome.
