We are currently searching for a Warehouse Office Clerk, Logistics Division.

This Part-time Permanent position is based at the Ottawa Distribution Centre and reports directly to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a 24/7 operation with shifts around the clock.



On-site at the Ottawa Distribution Centre Reconciliation of customer delivery invoices including processing payments Auditing of customer reconciliation Timely handling of customer concerns through the ticket management system Preparing adjustments to customers accounts Any other job related to inventory and clerical duties Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Post secondary education considered an asset Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset Customer Service experience is preferred Must be a team player who can interact with staff at all levels of the Distribution Centre Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) A pleasant and skilled phone manner Starting wage is $21.97/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.
