We are looking for a full-time 12month contract Warehouse Lead in Brantford, ON. Picking & Team Leadership Coordinate with other Area Picking Teams, Team Leads, and Shipping Supervisors to ensure all picking deadlines are met. Pull and pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Review picking errors with team members and take appropriate corrective action. Identify and communicate special instructions on pick tickets to ensure customer requirements are followed. Identify product shortages promptly and communicate them to Shipping Supervisors to minimize backorders.

Monitor team performance and productivity in partnership with Shipping Supervisors. Organize paperwork and follow all Shipping and Traffic department workflow processes. Provide coaching, training, and hands‑on assistance to picking team members as needed.

Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, safety awareness, and adherence to company policies.

Warehouse Operations

Unload inbound freight as necessary. Follow and help enforce all required safety rules, procedures, and warehouse standards. Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions. Promote teamwork and effective communication throughout the warehouse.



Manual dexterity is required to operate warehouse equipment and related machinery.

Working conditions are typical of a warehouse/manufacturing setting and may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, wet conditions, and outdoor conditions. Forklift operation and other warehouse duties require the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include, but is not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hardhats. Jewelry is prohibited while working in designated warehouse and production areas.
