Position: Warehouse Worker, orderPreparation and Quality Control

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday,flexible day shift between 6h-14h30 or 7h-15h30 or 8h-16h30

Starting Salary: $23-$25 per hour

YOUR MISSION:

You play a key role in ensuring the proper preparation and accuracy oforders for metal and vinyl parts. With an eye for detail, you ensure productquality, accurate quantities, and the maintenance of a reliable inventory. Youalso contribute to the smooth organization of the warehouse and the efficiencyof daily operations.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepareorders for metal and vinyl parts according to purchase orders
- Conductquantity and quality checks prior to shipment
- Conductinventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Loadand unload goods using a forklift
- Keepthe warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
- Occasionallymake deliveries using company vehicles (Class 5)
- 3to 5 years of warehouse experience at an SME
- Goodphysical condition: ability to easily lift loads of 50 lbs
- Forkliftexperience or certification (a plus)
- Abilityto work independently and in an organized manner

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

In 3 months: You’ll be familiar with the various categoriesof metal and vinyl products and will prepare orders with precision.



You’llrigorously check quantities and quality and help maintain accurate inventorylevels.

In 6 months: You’ll be able to work independently on orderpreparation and daily activities in the warehouse. You’ll have a thoroughunderstanding of the products and will quickly identify discrepancies inquality, inventory, or order fulfillment so you can propose solutions.

In 12months: You’ll be the team’s go-to expert on products, inventory, and quality control.You’ll actively participate in improving work methods, organizing thewarehouse, and optimizing order accuracy.
