The expected outcome of this program is to provide introductory experience in a professional setting. After successful completion of this program, occupants should be equipped with skills and experiences that contribute to the completion of their studies and prepare them to build a career in their chosen discipline.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERSupport successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and relevant transactional requests for the business unit and/or clientConduct less complex analytics and research, and obtain/share internal and external relevant business/market dataAssist with building and reviewing internal models, tools, processes, policies, presentations, and other related materials; challenge team and improve the underlying processes of functional areaAssist with various initiatives, as assignedFor Technology Solutions Programs:Assist teams with designing and building software, applications, etc. according to business requirements, UX designs, and architectural guidelines, and ensure that high-quality productsSHAREHOLDERPrioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivityConsistently exercise discretion in managing information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriateAccess systems, understand and apply system capabilities, ensure information is completed timely and accuratelyUpdate and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operationsEscalate non-standard or high risk activities as deemed appropriateFollow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactionsBe knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developmentsAcquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, ass istance and direction to othersProtect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard,
