Metro Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a shift, drive health and safety, manage performance, and develop people. The role covers scheduling labor, briefing teams, prioritizing orders, ensuring quality, and communicating with customers.

Solid leadership and KPI-driven decision making are essential. The position is based on a typical Monday-to-Friday evening shift with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and cost control within a growing logistics
