WIRE ROPE SPLICER - RIGGER Full-time – Permanent – On-site $23.07 - $26.39 per hour Ben-Mor is a dynamic company serving clients across North America, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of cables, chains, slings, lifting solutions, and industrial accessories, with over 10,000 products available. We are looking for a wire rope splicer - rigger to support our operations and help achieve our performance objectives. Direct contribution to performance and continuous improvement, • A full week off during the holiday period, on top of your regular vacation days.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for splicing cables and manufacturing wire rope slings according to required specifications, while adhering to work procedures and deadlines. Manufacture all types of steel wire rope slings; • Inspect products (compliance / strength) according to internal and external customer requirements; • Participate in the training of new employees; • High school diploma; • Experience in steel cable splicing is an asset.
