Pacific Community Resources Society is seeking a Youth Worker at Honour Secondary School in Surrey to provide one-to-one support for students, helping them succeed in school and develop goals with teachers. You will assist with IEPs, assess needs, and engage youth in pro-social activities within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, robust communication, cultural safety, and experience helping youth with barriers to attendance.
