You will analyze plans, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare thorough cost estimates, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines through close collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review project plans to grasp requirements and scope
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and materials
- Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing information




- Assist in bid proposal preparation and compliance
- Analyze costs and provide value engineering options

Requirements:

- 10+ years of estimating experience in construction
- Familiarity with ICI and Residential projects is beneficial
