Wok Line Cook – Thai Cuisine

Charoen Krung Thai Noodle House is looking for a Wok Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Vancouver.

This position will primarily be responsible for our wok station, preparing Thai stir-fried dishes.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes using a wok during service

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation

- Work efficiently during busy service periods

- Prepare and organize ingredients for the wok station

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

- Previous kitchen or line cook experience

- Wok cooking experience strongly preferred

- Experience with Thai or Asian cuisine is an asset

- **Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification **

- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits

- $18.25–$22.00/hour , based on experience and demonstrated skills
