About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial function for its health vertical business unit. The successful candidate will be the primary finance partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for translating operational performance, revenue trends, and strategic priorities into clear financial plans and forecasts.

This role involves leading the FP&A; team, owning the development of annual operating plans, and partnering closely with various functions including revenue operations, product, engineering, accounting, legal, and HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership, with a focus on SaaS, healthcare technology, or multi-business portfolio experience,



and will be adept at building and maintaining financial narratives, as well as providing executive-level support for decision-making.

Applicants for the Vice President, FP&A; position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive finance experience, with a preference for those with a background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related fields. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management, and who is comfortable with revenue forecasting and commercial finance dynamics.
Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing and developing a team of finance professionals. The candidate should be adept at financial modeling, and data interpretation, and have experience with ERP, planning, BI, and HR/workflow systems.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and the ability to build robust business partnerships and provide strategic financial support is a key qualification for this executive role.
