Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the local ground training program
- Maintain accurate documentation and trainer matrixes
- Schedule and facilitate recurrent and initial training courses
- Participate in carrier train the trainer programs
- Provide coaching and job shadowing for best practices
Requirements:
- Proven training and leadership experience
- Must possess RAIC, AVOP, and a clean driver abstract
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal attributes
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
