You will coordinate prior authorizations, manage claims processing, and track essential operational workflows. Your efforts will ensure seamless pharmacy operations while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate documentation for prior authorization requests
• Review claims, orders, and shipment details for discrepancies
• Track backorders and product availability for operations
• Document workflow activities and resolution steps accurately
• Communicate effectively with pharmacists and operational teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of pharmacy support or healthcare operations experience
• Certification in pharmacy technician practice preferred
