SSRG is seeking a proactive Mobile Security Supervisor to oversee mobile security operations. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong background in security while ensuring high standards of service. Your role will involve mentoring staff, managing patrols, and responding to incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support mobile security staff on shifts
• Train and guide current and current staff in procedures
• Assist with alarm responses and building patrols
• Liaise between clients and staff during emergencies
• Conduct follow-ups on performance and disciplinary issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• At least 3 years in the security sector
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence required
• Basic First Aid Certification or equivalent
• Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean record
