Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.

Salary : 100,000 - 130,000

Responsibilities:

- Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
- Assist with estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development.
- Maintain project schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and reporting.
- Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking.
- Collaborate with field operations, engineering, and project teams.
- Participate in safety meetings and project reviews.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.




- 5 to 10 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with construction project management (utility, substation, transmission, or distribution experience preferred).
- Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, Primavera, or Procore is an asset.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
