As part of a global operations team, you will manage vital communications between technology partners and our business teams. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in account management, ad operations, or customer success. Responsibilities include case management, quality assurance appeals, and establishing streamlined operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily partner communications and operational check-ins
• Own case escalations for ad compliance and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution of issues




• Maintain a centralized Case & Escalation Tracker
• Share insights on industry standards and policy updates
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in ad operations or client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
