PSI Engineering is seeking a visionary Vice President, Customer Success to lead a world-class customer experience organization and significantly grow the aftermarket business. You will scale delivery, installation, commissioning, and long-term partnerships across global customers in the industrial automation space. You will build leadership, processes, and a commercial engine to drive recurring revenue, while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations.
