- Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets,



project schedules, and project risk
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
