As an Associate Director within our AI-Ready Data tower, you are the accountable Technology Delivery Lead for our largest and most complex data migration and modernization engagements - the person a client CIO or CDO calls when they need confidence the program is on track,
and the person a client Chief Architect calls when a technical decision needs an experienced second opinion. You bring proven delivery leadership across cloud data platforms, the gravitas to manage multiple senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously, and the commercial and people leadership skills to grow both the engagement and the practice around it. You coach Senior Managers and delivery leads, contribute to the AI-Ready Data offering's growth, and help define how Accenture delivers data-driven reinvention at scale. What you'll be doing: Delivery Leadership Hold end-to-end accountability for delivery of our largest data migration and data modernization programs - scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk - often across multiple concurrent workstreams or towers. Set and own delivery governance for the engagement: steering committee cadence, executive status reporting, RAID and dependency management, and cutover/hypercare planning for programs at enterprise scale.
