The role will be primarily based in either the Saskatoon or Calgary corporate office, with potential assignment at one of the Nutrien site operations.What You'll Do:Responsible for developing and driving category efficiency through automation and supplier relationship management for the procurement of commodity and specialized goods within the NPK operationsNegotiate fixed price agreements within scope suppliers while engaging internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of lowest total cost of ownershipConducting spend analysis and reviews on the fixed price file to align the sustainment of the existing agreementsEvaluate and analyze data review for enhancing automation on the existing agreements to align and sustain the automation percentage for fixed price agreements for in scope suppliers.Assist in the development, planning, and execution of goods and services initiatives in line with the indirect spend Procurement strategyEngage, collaborate and provide support to Category Management, site procurement teams, and suppliers to optimize cross-functional teams to sustain and improve business process performance and sustainment of the automation initiativesManage the activities and be responsible for the administration process of outline and blanket purchase agreements including,



but not limited to, creating and updating agreements and providing quality assurance of our master data within our ERPs (SAP & Oracle)Collaborate across NPK by supporting advancement of automation efforts, and the execution of local outline and blanket agreements in their respective ERPsResponsible for the development of related procedures, guidelines and templates with key business stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness, reduce risk to operational performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvementProvide standard reporting updates on KPI’s which will include initiative savings, efficiencies, and automationBrand optimization with the right suppliers referencing the spend vs supplierWhat You'll Bring:Degree or professional Supply Chain designation or six (6) or more years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, ManufacturingCertifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM), Inventory Management (CIPS), Lean / Six Sigma, or Operational Planning preferredMust be proficient in all Microsoft applications with a high skill level with ExcelKnowledge and experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP programs preferredKnowledge of Outline or Blanket Purchase Agreement administration.Experience in data management with strong analytical capabilities and a track record of success in a highly quantitative and analytical environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detailHighly motivated, self-starter requiring little supervisionThe applicant must have the ability to interact productively, establish relationships,
