Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver mine tailings and waste investigations • Conduct engineering evaluations of tailings facilities and management structures • Oversee laboratory testing and dam site inspections • Prepare technical reports and coordinate with clients • Mentor junior staff and define project goals
Requirements: • MSc in civil or geotechnical engineering • 15-20 years in geotechnical engineering, mining preferred • Licensed P.Eng. in Canada • Proven experience in tailings and dam management • Solid client engagement and communication skills
