He or she will assist the customers in determining their professional needs when receiving or placing telephone calls.## **Essential Functions*** Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to customer queries,



answer questions and solve problems in a timely fashion.* Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and/or solutions.* Upgrades telephone orders.* Introduces and promotes new products during calls.* Researches and resolves customer problems relating to the merchandise department under guidance of lead customer service representative.* Participates in and supports campaigns/promotions sponsored by the Marketing Department, Region and/or Branch.* Maintain a current knowledge of company products, policies and procedures* Develop strong working relationships across the business/functions, as well as with customers and manufacturing partners.* Communicate any pertinent information received from customers to the outside sales representative or appropriate management.* The Customer Service Representative may perform other duties as assigned.## **Job Qualifications*** High school diploma or any other relevant experience.* Previous customer service experience is required, along with excellent verbal/phone communication and organizational skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.* Mastering the Microsoft Office Suite.* Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.* Knowledge of SAP is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
